Regulatory Registry Platform
A unified Salesforce platform for a financial regulator covering entity registration, licensing and ongoing compliance, including the migration of a legacy Visualforce portal to Experience Cloud.
My role
Solution design and delivery lead, working with a 10+ member team.
What I worked on
- Led solution design across registration, licensing and compliance journeys.
- Migrated the legacy Visualforce portal to Experience Cloud with a reusable LWC component library.
- Defined data model, sharing model and approval processes for regulated entity records.
- Worked with stakeholders to shape requirements, plan sprints and drive releases.
Outcomes
- Single platform replacing fragmented legacy tooling.
- Faster turnaround on entity applications and renewals.
- Consistent, reusable UI components across portals.
